As a former MS employee this is getting painful to watch. I fear that people will forget about the company that was once feared, hated, and above all else respected. I was in circuit city a few days ago and ran into a dilapidated Zune display. "welcome to the social"... dusty broken, ugly.. it is just embarrassing.. Perfect example of a failed fast following..
