The future of storage: Flash!

According to Infoworld, NAND flash prices have fallen so far that they are viable hard disk replacements. Imagine a fully functioning notebook that booted near instantly, lasts for hours on a battery charge, and is completely silent. Toshiba and Samsung both have new 128G flash drives for this market.
