VIA Wi-Fi uses BEll Mobility Cell data network (EVDO in large cities; !XRTT in rural areas, where its the only service available.

		<description>If you travel frequently on rail, I found that getting a Bell/TELUS unlimited EVDO PC card is a pretty good idea. Plus it works everywhere there is cell coverage, not to mention yield significantly faster speeds.
