		<description>There is little evidence of "partnering" between RIM and Google in any meaningful or strategic sense, so far as I am aware. Cordial relationship, tactical application interoperability, use of public APIs, all yes... but nothing more at least for now. Not even a common or coordinated assault on common enemies like MSFT or NOK. They are both vying for a proprietary lock on overlapping user bases.</description>

		<description>I believe Google setup shop in Waterloo due to an acquisition of Reqwireless. They had offices in Toronto (Markham) before that, may still have. They also have a few employees here in Ottawa after their acquisition of Adscape but they're being asked to move I believe.</description>
