first I would like to let you know that I am one of many reps you may reach when calling into T-Mobile, on my own time I would love to assist anyone in anyway possible, we have all been trained to support most issues with blackberry devices. The only time your call should leave our support is when the blackberry server configuration is the cause of a problem or the cause of an internal exchange server which then would have to be resolved with your IT perrsonal

Thanks for this one Jon - I've been curious how the RIM and telco relationship got started, and whether it's significantly different now - and wow! I guess it is! ;-) In a perfect world, it'd be me and my phone against the world ;-) Not me against the phone and carriers ;-)

cheers,
julie
