I tend to disagree, the back bone only has some much of bandwidth and the the day has only a limited number of minutes/sec correct ??

if they (telco's) dont suck you  onto their grid, then they can never get you onto the grid for that minute --when you were not onto the grid.. yeah its a vey tao like statement... :)-</description>
