		<description>From the "AIM Developer Usage Licence", Section 11.2:

"You warrant that you will comply with the instructions of the Open Source Federation (www.opensource.org) with respect to modification of Publicly Available Software, and will promptly report to AOL, in writing, any deviation thereto. You warrant that you have processes and precautions necessary to prevent any risk that the AOL Tools, or any other AOL software, will be provided to the open source community or otherwise into the public domain, as a result of your activities pursuant to this Agreement."

So it's "open" but not "open source"? I don't like the mention of "contamination" in previous sections, either. In their definition of Publicly Available Software, they specifically exclude interaction with GPL/Apache/PERL/etc licensed software unless they've approved it themselves. Hmm...</description>
