We're onto our third year in 2006. Last year we digitized our support materials (video and audio) using a ReplayTV and DVArchive to pull the support materials to the tablets for additional review. As far as I know, we're the only arts organization in North America that has so very much moved the grants making process away from paper and analog support materials an entirely digital process. Have fun with your tablet. It is a slick piece of technology.
