		<description>Absolutely right, Aswath.  The Telic model is to buy a gateway, and sell access.  They then route traffic to other end points.  It's almost like buying a franchise for your particular area.  You literally can get into the business for the price of one low cost gateway, and terminate your traffic elsewhere.</description>

I have been waiting for the long promised, next generation of services. Even the darling Skype has not delivered on this that can not be done with TAPI and modem enabled computer.</description>
