Foldershare, by Microsoft: Now Free
Microsoft has acquired one of my favorite utility companies: Foldershare. It’s to be integrated with the Windows Live offering, but much to Om Malik’s relief, they won’t be abandoning the Mac client. They’ve waived the $99/year service fee, as well.

- synchronize files on multiple PC’s
- automatically backup files from one PC to another
- share files with remote co-workers
