We're pretty sure that "aaa" is a customer who is trying to install PhoneGnome boxes in INDIA (something most competitors cannot support at all). The customer does not have the required working always-on broadband connectons. We have provided guidance for this customer in how to resolve these problems, but they refuse to actually correct those problems and still expect us to somehow magically fix it from 10,000 miles away, even though the box has no Internet connectivity. India has the highest denisty of PhoneGnome boxes of any single country after the US/Canada, and those customers are thrilled with the amount of money they save as a result of 100% free calling with no monthly fees between India the US, UK, and elsewhere. This customer's situation is an anomoly.

We have had a very negative experience with the product. We bought 5 boxes for the entire family after reading this and only 2 work. Also the customer service for this is the worst I have seen . The customer service agents are hard to reach and once you are able to reach them they are rude. Please refrain from buying this product. It is a complete waste of money
